About Lesson
At the end of each sprint, there is first a review of the project status:
1. were all tasks completed?
If not: What is still missing and why?
2. is there a working prototype?
If yes: Exchange with the customer about the project status.
3. add new tasks to the board.
And the respective Sprint is always concluded with a retrospective, in which each team member describes his Sprint experience.
It is important to know what worked well and where were the difficulties?
Discuss the difficulties and work out ideas to optimize your work process.
This section can take very different amounts of time, depending on how much discussion is needed during the retrospective.
